SIDTalk is initiated as a platform for widespread ideas, knowledge, and best-practice on relevant issues and challenges to inspire more impactful action. The goal? Of course, to inspire and invite more people to move together to create positive change.
At SIDtalk, Six social initiators share their inspiration about initiatives they have founded. They are Irnova Suryani (Otakanak.id & Multiliterasi.id), Firli Herdiani (TheSpecial.id), Sidik Eka Hermawan (Perpustakaan Terapung), Westiani Agustin (Biyung.id), Aryo Dwi Harprayudi (Dreamdelion & Ekspedisi 8), and Ade Verlita Putri Maharani (Rahim&Janin)
To solve a social problem, we cannot be alone. This is the reason Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue (MSD) program becomes a medium of discussion between representatives of the Academic, Business, Government and Society with the aim of create potential collaborations for defining solutions to a specific social issue.
With the sub-theme “Developing Responsible through Entrepreneurial Literacy,” which opened discussions between representatives from Tazkia IIBS (Academia), Elexmedia (Business), BIT-BPPT (Government), and Rajawali Foundation (Society)
To celebrate all the kindness, we opened volunteers discussion to presenting stories, meanings, and values experienced by volunteers after participating in this volunteering program, which involved 221 professional and youth volunteers who collaborated for approximately 12,192 hours to produce 40+ educational videos for children, teenagers, parents, and teachers in Indonesia.

This whole program cannot run without each individual and stakeholders’ involvement to share their kindness, time, experience, and knowledge.
Empathy Project 2018 delivered as a pilot project in Sembulang Village, Batam that engaged more than 1000 learners and collaborators.
Delivered three times in three different regions in Indonesia, Empathy Project 2019 engaged more than 3000 learners and collaborators.
Empathy Project 2020 will be delivered virtually due to COVID-19 outbreaks in Indonesia. This year, we aim to engage 5000 learners and collaborators.
