The introduction of experiential learning to adult education theory brought new insight toward the traditional approach. The experiential learning concept is extended through Bootcamp for Young Technopreneur (BYTe) that designed for youth to develop their knowledge by experiencing issues identified in local industries. BYTe delivers in three consecutive days that consist of a cycle of BYTE’s six learning components: concept, observation and findings, formulation concept and findings, designing, prototyping and testing, and concrete experiences. Two stages of study were conducted to determine the perceptions of BYTe participants on innovative idea. Through case study of BYTe in three local industries, 12 innovations were resulted. This study determines there is a change of perception on innovation idea following the development of an innovation.
